Master the craft of live sound. FOH & MOH Mix Engineer FOH & MOH Mix Engineer RF Engineer System Engineer Stage Tech

Technical training for people who want to engineer the room, not just operate the desk. Signal flow, gain staging, RF coordination, system design and live mixing — taught from first principles, so you can walk into any venue with any rig and still know what to do.

Our approach

Theory first. Products second.

Most training institutes teach you to operate a console. We teach you to understand a system. Products change with every release — a new console, a new DSP, a new workflow — but the physics of sound, the logic of gain and the discipline of a professional setup never do.

So every module at Pro Audio Solutions is built on principle first. You will learn why a system behaves the way it does, and only then how to apply it on whichever platform you meet in the industry. That is why our students can walk into a venue with a rig they have never touched and still engineer it.

  • Concept before console. Every topic starts with the physics and the math — never the button layout.
  • Measured, not guessed. Smaart, REW and EaseFocus are used to verify what the theory predicts.
  • Show-floor mindset. We train for the pressure of a live show, not for a classroom exam.
  • One mentor, end to end. The person who teaches you also carries a console on real shows.
Designation tracks · the deep path

Four ways into live sound.

Every engineer starts here — pick the track that matches the seat you want in the show, learn it step by step, then work your way up. All four tracks sit on the same technical foundation, and you can complete more than one.

01
Pick one designation

Start with the seat you want — Stage Tech, RF, System or FOH & MOH. You can begin from zero; nobody is expected to walk in already knowing the desk.

02
Learn it properly

Theory, measurement and hands-on desk work, module by module. This is where sound starts making sense instead of becoming button-pushing.

03
Work the shows

Take small gigs, assist on real events, learn what the classroom cannot teach you — then take more work and better work.

04
Build your standing

When people see your name on a show, the work finds you. That reputation — not a certificate — is what gets you hired.

05
Go deeper

Complete the next designation track and your detail level jumps. Sound has everything — depth comes from finishing all of them.

The foundation

What every engineer must actually know.

The same core knowledge sits under all four tracks — because the show does not care which hat you are wearing.

Signal flow & gain staging

Where every signal goes, and why a well-structured gain path is the quietest work you will ever do.

Decibels, SPL & acoustics

The numbers behind the mix: level relationships, headroom, room behaviour and what the audience actually hears.

EQ, compression & processing

Not presets — the physics of filters and dynamics, so your decisions survive a different instrument and a different room.

Coverage & system prediction

Choosing and aiming the right system for the room, then predicting coverage, SPL and headroom before a single cabinet flies.

RF coordination & wireless

Intermodulation, coordination, antenna choice and coverage — the invisible system that decides whether the show works.

Measurement & system tuning

Smaart, REW and EaseFocus as instruments of truth — filter alignment, delay, coverage and the art of finishing the system.

The honest part

The class is the start. The work is the rest.

We do not sell a promise we cannot keep. Here is exactly what this institute can give you, and exactly what you will still have to build yourself.

Myth

Two days in a classroom does not make an engineer

Most of the market believes that two days of classroom can turn anyone into a sound engineer. It cannot — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling a certificate, not an education. Engineering comes from doing the work, repeatedly, on real shows, until the work becomes routine.

What we give

What the classroom gives you

  • Correct theory — signal flow, gain staging, acoustics, RF, system design.
  • Measurement discipline — Smaart, REW and EaseFocus as proof, not guesswork.
  • Hands-on desk time in every single session, not a demo to watch.
  • An attendance certificate for every class you complete.
  • A mentor and a peer group you can call when a real show breaks.
What you build

What you have to build yourself

  • Show hours — judgement under pressure only comes from live rooms.
  • Gigs — small local work first, then bigger rooms and better systems.
  • Your name in the industry — the work, not the course, brings the offers.
  • Your ears — a decade of mixing is what turns knowledge into taste.

The path that actually works

  1. LearnOne designation track, properly, from the foundation.
  2. PractiseEvery session ends with your own hands on the desk.
  3. AssistAttach yourself to a working engineer on live events.
  4. Take gigsSmall local shows first — learn to finish a show, not just start one.
  5. Build standingWhen people trust your ears, they start calling you.
  6. Go deeperFinish more designation tracks — that is where the detail level jumps.

Lead instructor of Pro Audio Solutions
Lead Instructor · Live Sound Engineer

Learn from an engineer who still does the show.

Pro Audio Solutions was started on 27 March 2023 by a working live sound engineer who wanted to teach the way the industry actually runs — with the theory, the maths and the pressure of a real show.

  • Active live sound engineer — the classroom is built around what happens on a show floor.
  • Teaches digital consoles, wireless systems, line array, DSP and system tuning.
  • Runs a Bengali-language YouTube channel with 6,300+ subscribers — an audience, not a student count.
  • Hosts live “Setup Review” sessions where students’ own rigs are analysed on air.
Before you join

Questions, answered straight.

No. The classroom has the consoles, wireless systems, line array and measurement tools you need. Bring ears and curiosity — we handle the racks.

Both — but theory first. Every topic is built on the physics and the maths, then applied to the console in front of you. That way you are not trapped in one brand when you enter the industry.

Yes. Live online batches run alongside the offline classroom sessions, so you can join from anywhere and still get the practical work and direct feedback.

Basic music awareness is helpful, nothing more. We start from fundamentals — signal flow, levels and acoustics — so a complete beginner and an experienced hobbyist can both join the same batch.

Yes — every class ends with an attendance certificate. All four designation tracks, the online batches and the 7+7 day vendor programme issue one, along with the session material and the community access.

No course can do that, and we will not claim it does. What the class gives you is the correct knowledge, real desk practice and an attendance certificate. What turns that into work is the hours you put in afterwards — assisting on shows, taking gigs, and building a name that people trust. Read the honest section before you enrol.

If you work with a modest rig on local cultural programmes and orchestra events, start with the 7+7 day practical programme — it is built for vendors, not engineers. If you want the full depth of the craft, take the designation tracks instead; that is where the detail lives.
